LOAN PROCESSORS

Who are we looking for?

Reliable, analytical and responsible loan processors who support Onshore Brokers in evaluating loan documents and contracts. Ideal candidates should have knowledge in AUS financial, mortgage processing and compliances. Keen to details and great problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM’s, serviceability calculator and valuation tools are advantage.

How does your day look like?

  • Review and verify signed loan application forms for completeness and accuracy.
  • Gather, analyze and verify client’s documents and input data into the CRM.
  • Generate document packs and identify gaps or missed information for assessment
  • Identify and recommend products that meet clients’ needs and company lending rules
  • Communicate effectively with the clients regarding the requestor to provide details.


Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree relevant to business or financial
  • Experience in loan processing at a reputable financial institution (preferred)
  • Familiarity with mortgage finance and experience dealing with loan/mortgage applicants
  • Proven ability to identify suitable financial products based on client needs and market conditions
LOAN PROCESSORS

INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTANT

Who are we looking for?

Analytical and organized Intermediate or Tax Accountant responsible for financial data analysis, tax return preparation, and processing for individuals, companies, and trusts. Join our dynamic team in the Sydney CBD.

How does your day look like?

  • Reconcile balance sheets, profit and loss statements (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Prepare and file tax returns (individual, company, trust) per Australian regulations
  • Oversee accurate and timely preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and
    Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)
  • Review and update workflow reports to manage client project status


Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience in intermediate accounting or tax preparation
